What a fantastic month of training. I am really looking forward to the next camp. A couple of months ago I joined a different outdoor boot camp, which was tough and good exercise for sure, but just not nearly as much fun. I think I went to 4 or 5 sessions before I completely lost interest and stopped attending. When I heard about TransformHERS, I was sceptical and worried that it would be the same old thing. Boy, was I wrong! I haven't had this much fun exercising since I played hockey in high school (many, many moons ago :-) ).
Here's what I enjoyed most about training with TransformHERS:
Ladies of all ages and fitness levels train together, each one pushing their own limits with the support of others. I loved the way the ladies joked around, became friends and pushed each other to do better. Our trainer is energetic, fun and encouraging always shouting "bikini bodies!!" when it looks like anyone is slowing down. We dared her to do one of the time trials and she put us all to shame! The time trials at the beginning and end of each camp is a great way of encouraging us and measuring our progress. I was surprised to see the improvement (in all the ladies) after one month of training. The props used at each camp keep it interesting, fun and exciting. When was the last time you've tried to hula hoop? The cost of the camp, compared to other outdoor camps and other types of fitness training (gym, boxing, etc.) is very reasonable. Not to mention a great investment in your health.

Thank you for getting me back into exercise. I had not done formal exercise for about 10 years, so what a shock to the system to get straight into it. I really enjoy the sessions even though they were tough and hard. I have felt a significant difference in the tone of my body and was pleased to see my progress at the end of the programme. I am even craving exercise and do long walks and specific body training (learnt in the sessions) everyday.

ABSOLUTELY love the workouts , have never enjoyed exercise as much as this, I used to be motivated to exercise because I knew it was good for me and I would feel good afterwards (which was NOT enough to actually get me to exercise regularly), now I’m motivated because its sooo much fun and all the above, win-win . Trainers are fun and helpful and so accommodating, trainers only want you to succeed. I originally was going to do only one, I’m doing my 2nd and have signed up for my 3rd already. - Stacey Moller

I have finally found a form of exercise that I actually enjoy with TransformHers bootcamps. I have almost dropped a whole pants size (a lot of my clothes are too big now!) and feel great after each session. TransformHERS has changed my life! Since starting the Challenge last month I have not looked back, I feel great inside and out and it can only get better. I love the sessions as we all have similar goals and motivate each other along the way.

I have done little to no exercise since I left school many, many years ago. I have smoked for over 30 years but stopped in June when I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I booked for TransformHERS on a whim when my daughter did her booking, but when the time arrived I almost didn't go to the training. Luckily my daughter convinced me to try it. What an amazing
experience it was for me. Sibi was outstanding and I couldn't believe how supportive and lovely all the other entrants were. The only camp I ended up missing was one where I was away, so I stuck to it through the whole month. My times etc. improved but along with that so did a lot of other things - my emotional health became better, I liked myself more, and I couldn't believe that I was enjoying physical exertion!!!!!
The whole concept of TransformHERS is fantastic. I know for certain that if I registered at a gym it would be a complete waste of money, because I am not a very self-motivated person. If I did manage to drag myself to gym I know I would stop the minute I got even slightly tired. I was encouraged and pushed to do a lot more than I believed I was capable of at TransformHERS and that is why I have registered for the next camp. It starts next week and I am looking forward to it. - Colette

The Itransform Challenge is such a life changing experience. From the exercise, to the balanced meals and great trainers, its a complete package to give you the motivation you need to see it through! I Had a great time during the challenge, it was intense on some days but always a lot of fun and I always left feeling satisfied with my workout. I had great support from my instructor - Darren really pushed me to push harder, run faster and by the end of the last camp the exercises felt so easy. During this challenge I learnt a lot about myself and I realised that with a lot of determination and discipline I was able to reach my goals achieve great results both with body and fitness. I lost a lot of cm’s and body fat and dropped 2 dress sizes, which is amazing. It has been a while since I last fitted into a size 34 jeans, and even those are starting to fall off! LOL!! I would definitely recommend the challenge to anyone wanting to improve on their overall fitness, health and lifestyle. I have now become one of those crazy fitness freaks and this is only the beginning of my fitness journey.
