Yoga has been practiced for many years in the East and the Western World only recently has started to warm up to practicing yoga.

Yoga is Sanskrit for 'Unity' or 'To Unite' and the ultimate goal is the experience the mind, body and spirit as one and connected to creation.

However, the Western World use yoga for more physical benefits. These benefits include:
